Job Description:
Operates equipment used to manufacture products. Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients in proper quantities. Maintains inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing. Keeps accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in process. Performs in-process tests (such as hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content) to ensure that batches meet specifications. Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels.

Entegris has an opening for 3rd Shift Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with chemical manufacturing experience.
This person will report to the Operations Supervisor and be responsible for production and warehousing in our Aurora site.
The major responsibilities of the Operations Associate are:
- Produce, package and prepare Entegris products for shipment.
- Perform required data entry and record keeping.
- Perform required quality testing and inspections.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment.
- Immediately address any deviation to CMCM values, procedures, policies, etc.
- Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
- Contribute to plant safety initiatives.
- Perform miscellaneous production and warehouse related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, incident investigation)
You Bring to the Table:
Technical - Mechanical or Chemistry-related hobbies/interests are usually a good fit here.
Computer - Ability to perform data entry tasks, communicate through email, knowledge of Excel, ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
Behavioral – Team-focused attitude, eagerness to learn new things, dedication to come to work on time/have reliable attendance is the type of individual who thrives in our environment
Education - HS Diploma/GED Required
Experience – One to three years of production or warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills.
Physical – Requires manual lifting of up to 40 lbs. when needed, regularly required to stand, kneel, or crouch, sit, walk and on occasion climb or balance, ability to wear respirator intermittently, as needed.
Working Conditions & Schedule:
8 hour shifts covering a 24/7 operation. Now interviewing candidates for:
- Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am (overtime may be required)
- Weekend shifts will vary when needed
- We care about cleanliness, but bunny suits are not required! PPE includes - steel toe shoes (provided by us), safety glasses
