Position Summary
McKesson is seeking a Senior Strategic Operations Analyst.
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic initiatives to meet department/business goals and objectives. Utilizing an enterprise-wide mindset, this individual will be responsible for managing customer and manufacturing programs, across all segments. This individual will need to pull large data sets utilizing SQL and analyze the data for trends and opportunities to assist with inventory positions. This role will serve as a primary interface with McKesson’s internal groups, including but not limited to Product Management, Gen Operations, Promo Accounting and Pricing, to ensure proprietary programs meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Development of additional strategic programs to meet key business goals or customer requirements via data analytics.
Partner with strategic business owners to identify goals and objectives.
Co-present the purpose and goals of each initiative to key business partners to build trust.
Manage the existing customer and manufacturer programs to continue meeting business goals.
Develop and distribute reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage ad hoc requests received by the shared mailbox and complete analysis and responses within the determined SLA.
Develop strong relationships with internal McKesson teams and develop solutions to quickly respond to and resolve customer issues such as pricing discrepancies & credit/rebill issues.
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree in business, finance, marketing, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Critical Skills
2+ years’ experience in areas such as operations, product management, purchasing, marketing/sales, and or finance.
SQL knowledge required.
Tableau knowledge is a plus.
Strong project management skills.

Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to interpret data and information to evaluate business opportunities.

Education
4-year degree in business, finance, marketing, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Working Conditions
Able to travel domestically 10% of the time.
Hybrid/Remote work environment – Irving, TX Hub Location.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
