LHH Recruitment Solutions has an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for anyone in Erlanger, KY. The perfect candidate has a history of Supply Chain & Logistics and would be providing logistical support to vendors and customers. This a Monday-Friday 8 am -5 pm contract opportunity.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate both shipping and receiving of goods with vendors and customers
- Establish vendor relationships and document data in a proprietary system
- Communicate issues with customers while keeping management informed
- Route shipments that are picked daily
- Track and update the shipping status
- Maintain customer information and profiles
- Create shipping documents and reports
- Load and unload trucks
- Answer customer questions via phone and email
- Work with other company stations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Quote customers
- A Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or experience in freight forwarding or logistics as a customer service or operations agent
- Warehouse and forklift Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Must be extra detail-oriented
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Logistics role
- Contract-to-hire
- 100% On Site
- $17-$18/hr DOE
