We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

Job Description:
The Field Tech Associate will be responsible for performing various managed client services for a strategic customer. These services include: Project Delivery, Project & Resource Scheduling, Project Reporting, etc. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on exceptional project delivery and customer service.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience leading a delivery team
Minimum of one year experience providing end user technical support
Minimum of one year experience managing resources as direct reports or matrix
Minimum of one year experience creating and executing delivery plans
Candidates for this position will be required to adhere to NTT DATA’s and its clients’ COVID-19 health and safety protocols. This is a W2 hourly position with a group company within NTT DATA Services. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered. This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities.
