We are looking to hire a full-time front office/receptionist to join our team. We strive to provide the highest quality of care for our patients so they can “LVL Up” during their recovery. Our mission is to provide physical therapy care to patients that are superior to what is commonly known. We want patients to meet their highest potentials that are available to them. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly individual who has excellent customer service skills who enjoy interacting and working alongside patients. Spanish speaking ability is required.

Requirement for the position:

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish
• Understanding medical insurance, insurance carriers, insurance verification, insurance billing, and insurance posting
• Great at multi-tasking: ability to answer the phone and schedule patient appointments
• Must be polished and professional in appearance and communication skills
• Must be energetic and positive
• Must be friendly, patient, helpful, and a dedicated team player

Preferred for the position:

• Have at least 1 year of previous experience in a physical therapy front office setting.
• Knowledge of commercial and government insurances in Nevada
• ICD-10 understanding
• EMR experience

Job Duties:

• Answering phone call and scheduling appointments in a professional manner
• Opening/Closing office procedures
• Faxing prescriptions and doctor's notes to referring physicians
• Collecting copays, co-insurances, settling balances
• Confirming next day appointments
• Processing new patient paperwork
• Running daily reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
