Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center and offers the most advanced behavioral health, diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. In the Hampton Counseling Center our dedicated, professionally licensed therapists facilitate group therapy focusing on a variety of mental health topics including recovery, relapse prevention and coping skills. Our goal is to reduce the negative symptoms of mental illness and help stabilize individuals in order to live safe and productive lives.
This is a full-time position for an Office Coordinator in our Cherry Hill Outpatient Center. Hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. In this position you will establish an office environment that provides prompt, courteous service to consumers, families and agencies. You will also be responsible for the following:
  • Registering patients upon admission to the program
  • Coordinating benefits with the Business Office
  • Explaining insurance benefits, co-payments, and deductibles to patients
  • Prepare patient charts and break down when completed
  • Maintain census spreadsheets and scheduling for medical staff
The successful candidate will ensure patients and visitors are offered assistance and treated with diginity and respect throughout their entire visit at Hampton.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or GED certification required,
  • college degree preferred.
  • Customer service
  • Phone and computer skills are a required
  • Previous experience working in a medical office required.
