OFFICE COORDINATOR / FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST (Part-time)

The Office Coordinator is integral to setting a professional environment at CCRM’s corporate office both in person as well as virtually with off-site teams through all mediums. This role demonstrates knowledge and skills in the coordination and facilitation of administrative duties related to assisting the CCRM Corporate and Clinic team. This position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and may take daily directions from other staff members.


On Site
- Lone Tree, Colorado. Located at the RTD Light Rail, Lincoln Station stop.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 1:00pm MST)

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • Professional Demeanor
  • Experienced with Travel Arrangements / Reimbursements / Maintaining Executive Calendars
  • Sending / Receiving Deliveries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Provide general administrative support to executive team e.g. meeting scheduling, travel coordination,
  • Monitor office front desk and act as receptionist, e.g. answering phones and greeting visitors, scanning, correspondence, mail distribution
  • Send/receive mail and packages as needed
  • Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies
  • Meeting coordination, e.g. maintain conference room schedule & cleanliness, order food as needed, set up a/v technology as needed, etc.
  • Order monthly “First Friday” bagels/donuts
  • Maintain on-site employee parking and access info
    • Maintain EE database with license plate #, vehicle info, bldg. access pass #, parking garage access pass #
    • Distribute & collect building/parking access card for new hires and terminations
  • Distribute on-site gym waivers to and from employees and bldg.. management
  • Service/maintenance calls to service kitchen appliances, including filtered water machine and coffee machine (as needed)
  • Other special projects or duties as assigned or delegated by CCRM team

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong executive presence and experience working directly with/for corporate staff and leaders
  • Strong ability to handle and manage multiple projects/duties with competing priorities and assignments from multiple individuals
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, with particular emphasis on Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Word; proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel is a plus.

Education and Experience
  • Associates preferred
  • 2+ years of customer, sales, or patient-facing experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative office setting including inbound and outbound low-volume phone calls

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Professional office environment with daily use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, and scanners.

Pay Range

  • $20.00 - $35.00 hourly. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
  • Position is Non-eligible for benefits.
