Our organization is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the staff. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing paperwork, and providing general support to the office. We are looking for someone who is capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with data entry and other clerical duties.
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
