Job Summary
Perform the high level administrative and technical functions required for the successful administration of the SELF and SELF Refi loan programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Resume must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers in person, on the phone, through e-mail, and other written correspondence.
- Math sufficient to calculate, review, and reconcile financial data and balance accounts.
- Manage customers’ complaints tactfully and thoroughly or effectively communicate and elicit information with tact and diplomacy in difficult situations.
- Word processing sufficient to use software to create, format, edit, print, and save a variety of documents, including spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs.
- Typing/keyboarding sufficient to perform skilled typing tasks with speed and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to relate to racially and culturally diverse groups.
- Ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- The individual must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and be able to work on projects both independently and in a team setting, from conception to completion.
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply statutory language.
- Experience in student loan or other loan processing.
- Experience in student financial aid.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to position self and move sufficiently to; sort and file documents and perform repetitive tasks.
- Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
- Ability to use folding machine for large mailings after training received.
- Lift and move paper supply boxes up to 20 pounds as needed.
