Office Administrator
Job description
We are working with a client located in Hallandale Beach, FL that is looking for a temp to perm Office Administrator to join their team. This will be a 100% onsite role and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as this week.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- 50% of the time will be focused on office duties- Answering phone calls, emails, fax, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, working with customers
- 25% of the time will be focused on light HR duties- onboarding employees, answering benefit questions, gathering paperwork
- 25% of the time will be focusing on light payroll duties - reviewing hours, making sure employees clock in and out correctly in order to have the payroll processed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
