Ozark Steel Fabricators, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As an integral member of our administrative staff, the Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or providing accurate information as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate distribution.
- Assist with general office duties, including maintaining office supplies and organizing files.
- Process shop and office time cards, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours.
- Handle the processing of weld inspection sheets, verifying documentation completeness and accuracy.
- Enroll eligible new hires in insurance programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including data entry, invoice verification, and payment processing.
- Process lien waivers upon request, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update Prequalifications as needed, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Process routing requests.
- Process UPS shipments, including preparing packages and ensuring accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments and team members to support administrative needs and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using general office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and printers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Sage Construction and Real Estate 300 is great but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
