Job Description

We are a CPA firm looking for an Administrator. The position is part-time (20 hours a week), Monday through Friday, four hours a day with scheduling flexibility. Our office is located in Burlingame near Burlingame Avenue. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, we will provide job training.

Responsibilities:

· Corporate billing and collections using QuickBooks

· Financial Statements and Invoice Typing

· Answer phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct person

· Work with clients and employees by phone, e-mail, letter, fax and/or face-to-face

· Take and pass on messages

· Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records

· Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

· Maintain neat and presentable work space

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping skills necessary
  • Self-Starter
  • Must have reliable transportation to office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills - listening, speaking and writing
  • Strong critical thinking/analyzation skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and warm phone presence with all calls
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
