What is Required?
- Master’s Degree in Nursing and certification through a national Nurse Practitioner licensing board
- Current licensure in the state of practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Board certification in Palliative Care preferred
- Active DEA License
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience and/or at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical nursing experience desirable in the hospice and palliative care field
- Prior experience in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Psychiatry preferred
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Palliative Care Nurse Administrator.
