Highland Sanitation & Recycling Inc is now hiring and/or training Class B drivers for our open routes!. Pay is hourly, with our routes being around 40-45 hours each week, with a raise available after 90 says depending on performance and attendance. The route runs Monday through Friday, start time is 5:30 am until approximately 2:30 pm. The routes are physical and require the driver to get in and out of the truck, several hundred times per day, as well as moving the carts to and from the truck and either dumping the cart by hand or using the hydraulic cart tipper to dump the cart.

Pay varies depending on work experience and qualifications! Typically between $25/hour with no experience to around $27/hour depending on experience.

If you do not have your class B license, we will help new employees obtain their license. Contract us for details!
