- Continue to monitor Maxient for conduct reports
- Carry out the conduct process for violations
- Close out current reports that are still open and need resolution
- Continue to update academic misconduct reports within Maxient files
Considerable knowledge of University policies and procedures related tofunctional area (or ability to rapidly assimilate)
Knowledge of Texas rules and regulations related to functional area (or ability torapidly assimilate)
Strong presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations verbally and in writing
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of safety and security precautions appropriate to work performed
Five to seven years of progressive experience in higher education.
Experience working with community standards.
Active involvement in related professional organizations.
Significant knowledge and expertise in Title IX, Clery and other key compliancecomponents.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues with significant problem-solvingand critical-thinking skills.
