FREEHOLD is a unique hospitality concept that takes its guests on a journey from ‘coffee to cocktails.’ The design evokes a bustling boutique hotel – just without the actual hotel rooms. Since 2014 our flagship location, FREEHOLD BROOKLYN, has attracted guests with a variety of hospitality offerings including multiple bars, café, restaurant, spacious courtyard, and live music & event space. In 2020, amidst the global pandemic, the brand opened in the Magic City’s Wynwood Arts District and opened up FREEHOLD MIAMI with resounding success. With its eyes on Manhattan, Freehold Hospitality opened FREEHOLD IN THE PARK within a 100 year old historic landmarked pavilion right in the heart of Union Square for the summer 2021 and 2022 season. Now, Freehold Hospitality is expanding to midtown Manhattan with its newest concept: FREEHOLD ROOFTOP. Whether holding a business meeting or joining friends for great food and drinks, FREEHOLD is the public assembly space for all, where dancing is encouraged and sleeping is prohibited.
Currently we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nightlife Manager to join a team that runs a versatile and viable food and beverage concept.
Traits should include the following:
- Experience with high-volume operations, including managing security personnel, neighbor relations, doorman and really long lines.
- Composure
- Excellent Time management skills
- Massive Empathy for others
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Experience with back office systems such as NCR Back office, MS Excel, MS Word, Avero, etc.
- Experience to work with a Marketing and Events team in a collaborative and supportive way.
- MUST be willing and available to work overnight shifts on weekends
This position pays between $1150-$1300 per week salary based on experience
