Our Pet Segment is seeking a Night Shift Loader Supervisor to be a part of our Sun Pet location in Atlanta, Georgia. Your primary role will be to monitor production and working with the employees to ensure processes are running smoothly. • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Lead by example by maintaining a safe and clean work environment and complying and enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Perform annual performance reviews for all employees in your department.

• Reviewing and approving employee timecards for bi-weekly payroll.

• Utilize resources to ensure quality and customer service standards are being met.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Previous supervisory/management experience.

• Knowledge and experience of warehouse loading.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Office software preferred (Excel and Word).

• Ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours plus per shift.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment in a leadership role.

• There may be some variation in work hours due to overtime, special projects, deadlines, and other concerns.
