Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a new NIGHT MANAGER!

The ideal candidate will have a fun and outgoing personality who will welcome new and existing customers to the brand. We have over 900 franchise locations and are still growing. The ideal candidate must align with the culture and values of the brand while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

CAFÉ NIGHT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Monitors labor costs to ensure that profit goals are met.

 Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.

 Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.

 Communicates well with staff and General Manager.

 Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS  Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.  Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees.  Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.  Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both fronts of the house and back of the house.  Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.  Effective verbal and written communication skills.
