The Quality Inn of Clarion is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions at night and maintaining the general accounting records of the hotel. We're looking for a hard-working individual with a commitment to service, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Warmly Greeting guests as they arrive or depart the hotel
- Checking guests in and/or out of their room
- Answering the telephone and responding to guest inquiries
- Making, modifying, cancelling reservations
- Assigning rooms to current day arrivals, processing deposits on prepaid reservations and routing billing to appropriate accounts.
- Communicating guest requests with appropriate personnel
- Going above and beyond to assist guests when in need
- Computer skills required to perform most functions of this role
- Proper phone and radio etiquette
- Posting market items to guest reservations and taking cash for market sales when needed
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Processing credit card payments
- Replenishing coffee station
- Tidying up lobby area during down times
- Successfully completing any other reasonable task requested by management
