Job Title: Travel Medical Technologist in Marathon, Florida
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Technologist to work on a travel assignment in Marathon, Florida. The position is for 12-hour day shifts. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist and hold a valid ASCP or AMT certification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses according to established procedures and protocols
- Ensure accuracy and validity of test results and report findings to medical staff
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- Current ASCP or AMT certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, protocols, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
