React Health is a fast paced, growth oriented, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory, sleep and cardiology patients, caregivers, physicians, and providers. React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All NetSuite configuration tasks and maintenance of NetSuite
• Identify and prioritize ERP initiatives from functional leaders.
• Develop workflows to automate business processes.
• Work with outside consultants to develop scripting or integration solutions.
• Assist data migration requirements coming from different systems into NetSuite.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and solution designs to address needs across functions, integrations, or projects.
• Review, collaborate, and identify new areas for efficiency or optimization.
• Execute configuration, training, testing, and development efforts.
• Confidently provide support and user training across departments.
  • Document processes and how-to documents for end users
  • Work with end-users on usability/ Help Desk issues
• Build/Maintain new dashboards, saved searches, handle users, roles and permissions, forms & PDFs, key performance indicators and metrics, custom reports and fields, and build custom workflows. Create reports, saved searches, and dashboards for users. Standardize the process that governs these changes.
• Import .CSV files related to mass order updates as well as new product setup and updates
• Design and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customizations, scripting, and workflows. Be a driver of the solution.
• Provide NetSuite technical context to discussions about business needs to ensure we are leveraging native system capabilities wherever possible
• Maintain proper system access for all users and roles and ensure the system is maintained in a clean and organized manner that is always "audit ready"
• Exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking to provide application support across departments.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks and issues to the internal NetSuite committee and consultants.
• Balance multiple projects and contending priorities
• Complete day to day functional tasks as needed to maintain and improve the NetSuite system
• Other ad hoc projects as required
