The Regional Technical Manager is a technical subject matter expert with SOLID's core services including; stone, metal, wood, restoration and/maintenance. The Regional Technical Manager should have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience estimating, selling, and delivering the products and methodologies associated with SOLID’s service lines of business. Accordingly, they can create, design, deploy and administer specialized master level training on the subject matter to the rest of the organization regionally. They adhere and teach on safety regulations as it applies to industrial compliance in their field. The Regional Technical Manager must cross-collaborate with other corporate departments to account for meeting all technical goals and initiatives to support the company’s sales and operational goals. They are responsible for the development of execution procedures, productivity rates, quality control, estimating of needed materials, labor durations, and other costs associated with programs for profitability.

The Regional Technical Manager is responsible for servicing the technical aspects of the regions of CA,NV, WA but may from time to time be asked to perform project management in other geographical areas as available.

The Role of Regional Technical Manager is a temporary position with no guarantees of continuance based upon the business needs of SOLID Surface Care, Inc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to SOLID Operations and Sales teams:

• Define procedures, standards, on the best way to execute the tasks associated with delivery of world class service to our clients.
• Provide technical phone assistance to regional teams as needed.
• Prepare estimates with scopes of work, costs, durations at various profitability levels for the sales/operations teams within the region.
• Support by providing project management and customer relations to key clients including but not limited to Apple and Arrowhead Regional medical park.
• Maintain support to the operations team and sales team in care plan creation, pricing, and execution.

Desired Qualifications.

• Industry expert in a minimum of 1 line of business service offerings SOLID provides their clients.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time regularly

Considerations:

• If Travel is necessary, the Regional Technical Managers direct supervisor will make a reasonable attempt to but not always able to provide advance notice of two weeks so that coordination with other outside responsibilities can be adjusted.
• The Role of Regional Technical Manager is a temporary position and may be eliminated at any time during employment with 30 days advance notice by SOLID Surface Care, Inc.
