Position: Family Assistant/Nanny - > live-out or live-in (5 days/wk)

Location: Riverside, CT (Greenwich Area)

Start: November 28, 2022

Schedule: 7am-7pm

Children: 2 years, 2.5 weeks

Compensation: $27-$30 DOE

Drive: Yes, family car ✈

Travel: Preferred, but not required

An active and friendly family based in the Greenwich Area seeks an engaging and proactive FT Nanny/Family Assistant to join their family long-term. The nanny will be responsible for providing hands-on nurturing care, playing with their energetic toddler in an active, stimulating, and age-appropriate way, transporting children, facilitating play dates/activities, feeding, naps, and routines for the newborn, light housekeeping and in general be an extra set of hands for the parents. Family meal prep, grocery shopping, laundry, and errands are expected in this role. To be successful, the nanny will need to be a key team player, proactive, loving, and engaged, and commit to a family that values communication in a warm and happy environment. The ideal candidate has flexibility with their schedule and the ability to travel and/or stay overnights occasionally (preferred but not a requirement). Nanny must be comfortable with present parents and willing to work as a team. To apply for this job you must have experience with newborns and toddlers, be CPR Certified, have knowledge of Sleep Safety procedures, and have excellent time management skills.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
