The Falmouth and Sandwich Enterprise, a Falmouth Publishing Inc. is seeking a driven Multi Media Account Executive skilled at growing existing business and developing new relationships.

This is a salary plus commission role, at goal the total target compensation is $60k + in the first year, not including spiffs. The right candidate will be given a small book of business to start and a ramp up period to start their business off right.

We constantly add, change, and adapt our media platforms as our clients, their customers, and technology changes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Are you good with people? Are you persuasive, motivated, and able to work on your own? A successful candidate will be well versed in selling and serving clients, growing revenue, increasing market share, and building relationships. Understanding digital media is a plus, but we will give the right candidate the tools for success. If you can demonstrate problem solving skills, decision making, and have the ability to offer creative solutions we want to talk to you!

Our AE's start with an established client base while also prospecting for new business. A typical day includes any combination of:

• Prospecting
• Needs analysis
• Proposal building
• Customer facing presentations
• Closing
• Delivering reporting/campaign optimization recommendations to your clients in person

Ideal candidates will be:

• Entrepreneurial
• Organized
• Detailed
• Willing to commute into the office as needed
• Familiarity with our products and services is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
