Shift: 1st shift: M-F 6a or 7a, OT as needed

Job duties:

• Perform PM's and trouble shot all production equipment proficiently as
• Related to molding, printing and part conveyance and packaging. Includes injection molding, Print Lines and automation equipment such as (packer, sorter, conveyors, ultra sonic welders, nozzler, cappers, packaging equipment).
• Assist production in meeting production and quality goals without little supervision.
• Perform intermediate print line production equipment mechanical maintenance
• Follow all relevant work instructions, adhere to company policy including safety and health policies, and to complete any other job requirements as directed by maintenance supervisor.
• For this particular position; Fabrication competency is a prime consideration. (mill, lathe, sheet metal tools, light welding)
• Maintain clean safe work area.

Must Haves:

• 4-5 years of Molding experience

• Injection molding is preferred over extrusion molding

• Strong electrical troubleshooting, preferred Husky experience

• Strong maintenance exp

• PLC troubleshooting

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
