Our molder core makers are essential to our castings that we produce every day. They make sand cores that go into our molds to help create the interior cavities for the castings that we produce for industries like :o Automotives
o Heavy Construction
o Consumer Products
o Health Care
o Military and more!
On top of a rewarding job that serves over 400 + industries, our Molder Core Makers start at $25.10 an hour + 1.25 shift premium on 2nd shift. After the probationary period, our new hires typically make $28.00-$29.00 per hour due to the incentive pay for this role. Work hours will be Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
If you are someone who is mechanically inclined, a problem solver and always up for a challenge, you should be our next molder core maker. Every day can range from:
o Continuous learning and troubleshooting of our machines ( Sintos, Cold Box Machines, Shell Core and All Core)
o Documentation and reading work order/process sheets
o Use of power tools
