Seiler Dairy is a 4th generation family crop and dairy farm near Valley Center, KS.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time milker to for afternoon and night milkings. Responsibilities include milking, cleaning the facility and feeding calves. After training, milkers work on their own and the labor is repetitive and physically demanding. We do our best to be flexible with the schedule when possible and will pay well for the right applicant. Compensation will be based on experience starting at $13/hr.

Our ideal candidate has dairy industry and animal husbandry experience. Candidates must be able to perform manual labor, outdoors in all conditions, and be able to work hard as a part of our team to run a successful family farm. We're excited about the future or our farm and the plans we have to diversify and grow our business and hope to find an employee who can help us accomplish those goals.
