System Solutions is an information technology company. We sell, configure, train and provide help desk support for Microsoft 365 Business Central cloud software, Microsoft's latest cloud business software. Our customers are small and medium size businesses typically in retail, wholesale and service industries. We work directly with owners and key management to help our client's businesses thrive!

Responsibilities

We are looking for a software implementation specialist with strong software and business acumen; preferably in retail and wholesale. Candidates for this role with an understanding of retail point of sale (POS) and / or wholesale sales order and special order processes and/or financial software experience, will have an edge. Our implementation specialist leads our small business customers through a step-by-step implementation plan and is responsible for; provisioning the Microsoft cloud licenses, software configuration settings, client training, coordinating with Development team for any needed customizations, and data conversion, culminating in a go-live where the client begins running their business with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We work in a paperless environment using; shared CRM across sales, development, installation and support teams; knowledge base; automatic phone and e-mail ticketing system; and project tracking. We follow a structured implementation approach within a targeted type of businesses, to insure success.
