Responsibilities include grinding, polishing, media blasting, sanding, steam cleaning, and deburring components.
Strict adherence to PESC safety policies and practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
Ability to operate hand grinders (pads, disc, belt).
Ability to operate pedestal grinder.
Ability to operate handheld buffing flexible shaft machine.
Ability to operate polishing and buffing lathe.
Ability to operate blast cabinet and portable device.
Ability to use manual machine tools such as: lathes, drill presses, grinders, and thread tapping machine.
Ability to operate steam cleaning machine.
Ability to set up and operate deburring machine.
Ability to determine material gauge and type.
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Qualifications
A minimum of one year experience in metal finishing preferred.
Flexibility and the skill to multi-task are a must.
Proficient computer skills: navigating software using mouse and keyboard.
SAP experience preferred: basic functional knowledge; logon, navigation.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
