The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.

Position Summary:
The Merchandising Supervisor maintains merchandising standards within a designated geographic area. This position supervises a team that works remotely and independently.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Supervise the merchandising activities for daily sales and re-route teams based on daily staffing status, customer needs and volume of sales across the geographic area
- Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business
- Assist with the selection process of team members
- Onboard new hires utilizing the company’s training program
- Manage team member’s technology needs i.e., set up new employee company cell phones, assist with GreenMile time and mileage tracking application, etc.
- Conduct timely annual and probationary performance evaluations of team including 30-, 60- and 90-day check-ins with new hires
- Recognize, document and address performance issues of team
- Visit customer accounts to monitor adherence to merchandising standards
- Oversee maintenance of product onto shelves from backroom inventory and product rotation accuracy
- Ensure safety procedures and programs are followed including safety observation and monthly safety training
- Drive continuous improvement of Employee Engagement Survey results
- Recognize employees through effective engagement activities
- Communicate regularly with team members (one-on-one), small groups and customers
- Manage payroll within labor and OPEX budget
- Complete weekly payroll process inclusive of verifying accuracy of employee punches, employee mileage and inclusion of PTO and approval of timecards
- Complete all merchandising records, forms, or reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure team executes instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form from leadership
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, 3 to 4 plus years of merchandising experience i.e., product placement and display building and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/GED, 6 plus years of merchandising experience i.e., product placement and display building and 1 to 2 plus years of people leadership experience
- Experience operating hand-held technology for timekeeping and communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization from frontline to leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications as well as database applications
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack and powered lift equipment
- Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
- Travel up to 100% as needed in assigned geographic area
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Beverage industry experience
- Experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales, or similar supply chain department
- Familiar with DOT regulations
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
