Duncan Family Healthcare is a nurse-managed, interdisciplinary mental health clinic providing efficient, evidence-based, compassionate care to the Reno/Sparks Community. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care to improve the health in our community. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.

We are currently seeking an Independent Contractor licensed as a LCSW, LMFT or LCPC for full-time work.

o Expectations

• Be licensed by a Nevada State Board.
• Have experience with conducting initial mental health evaluations and follow up mental health evaluations, implement various therapeutic modalities, and intervene with crisis intervention.

o Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (e.g. initial assessment reports, progress notes, therapy notes, treatment plans, crisis management notes, etc.).
• Collaborate with other professionals.
• Attend all mandatory meetings/training sessions.

o Qualifications

• Hold a professional license in good standing.
• Will be able to pass a criminal justice and child abuse registry background check.
• Must work independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication skills
