Reviews information submitted through the Scouts First Helpline and the Riskconnect online incident reporting system for accuracy and identification of missing information. Communicates findings to the Membership Standards team and the Councils as required and or applicable.
Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative and functional support for the Riskconnect online reporting system. Responsible for administrative and functional support related to reports received through the Scouts First Helpline. Researches and creates of reports related to incoming membership standards matters. Coordinates activities for the Membership Standards Team and participates in special projects and assignments as needed.
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Qualifications
- Must have proficiency in and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Must have advanced Excel skills.
- Must have good verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to perform data analysis.
- Data entry speed and accuracy is essential.
