Peabody Retirement Community is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. The Medical Records Coordinator will perform all general and specially designated clerical duties in support of file operations and quality customer service, with adherence to hospital guidelines and departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing planning and directing the medical records section in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Retrieve medical records when requested by authorized personnel, i.e., physicians, nurses, government agencies, etc.
- File active and inactive records in accordance with established policies.
