We are a growing General Dentistry practice that is looking for a candidate to work on our Front Desk team. We opened Smile Team in 2018 to provide compassionate care to our patients. We have an awesome experienced team that we are looking to add another Front Desk team member to as we continue to grow.

We have four practices located across Philadelphia and Upper Darby. We value candidates that can work across our locations in Center City, Northeast, Olney and Upper Darby. The ideal candidate would be flexible enough to work at all locations.

Our hours vary between 8 AM - 6 PM and 9 AM - 7 PM depending on the location. All offices are easily accessible via bus or train line to get into work.

This position has the opportunity for growth and we have annual performance reviews where employee's performance is discussed to ensure career progression. In addition, candidate only has to work 4 days a week and has 3 days off allowing for a great work life balance!

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Greeting patients
• Answering phone calls
• Verifying insurance and collecting balances and co-payments
• Filing and scanning documents
• Calling patients for next day appointments
• Reconciling financial paperwork at the end of their shift and assisting patients with filling out new patient forms
• Applicant must maintain a polished professional image at all times

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
