Bilingual (English/Spanish) telephone staff needed immediately for busy eye surgery medical practice.

Requirements: You must be a FLUENT in both Spanish and English. You should have at least 1 year of full time phone customer service experience, and be very positive, energetic, but also patient and caring. Apple and PC computer experience and internet skills are also important. Candidate must be a very self-motivated worker.

Medical office experience of 1 year OR recent graduate of medical office vocational program is required.

This job is full time: 8am-5pm with minor flexibility

Duties: answering phones, calling patient, check-in, check-out, collect fees, and to work with existing large front office staff as needed to assist them in their work.

Salary based upon prior history and experience. Benefits include: health insurance, paid vacation, PTO.
