Medical Office Manager
Job description
•Collaborate with the General Office Manager for interviewing and selecting staff for Medical Practice.
- Evaluating staff performance
- Scheduling staff for their work
- Enforcing office policies and procedures
Provide a positive patient experience by ensuring patients receive timely appointments, have easy access to information, and have clear communication with providers
- Working with vendors to get needed equipment for the practice
Communicate HR policies and procedures on a continual and constant basis
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff and patients
Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, reconciling closing balances and preparing deposits, managing correspondence and documents, and preparing reports including payroll, managing inventory and ordering
Manage office staff such as providers, receptionists, medical assistants, and aestheticians
Manage the flow of patients through the use of appointments and time slots
Measure the quality of services provided by the company to ensure efficiency
Managing appointment access and availability- Ensuring all providers operate at maximum capacity, including their no-show rate
Ensuring patient requests for refills are answered and handled appropriately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.73 - $25.00 per hour
