Injury Care Centers (Part of Excelsia Injury Care) is looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible medical biller to oversee operations of the billing team based out of Glenolden, PA.

Hours of operation would be 9-5:30 pm or 8:30 – 5 pm with a 30-minute break.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to handle billing workflow utilizing spreadsheets
• Utilizing Thera Office software for generating month and reports.
• Scanning/uploading documents needed for periodic audits.
• Insurance Verifications, Entering charges, Posting payments, Working denials
• Accounts Receivables
• Answering internal queries about Codes
• Overseeing and approving PTO requests from team members
• Working collaboratively with direct reports and direct supervisors
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The incumbent will have at least few years experience with medical/chiropractic billing. Auto and work comp insurance knowledge is a plus*.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
