Our OB/GYN practice is seeking a Billing /Front Desk Coordinator who can work efficiently and happily in our patient focused practice. This is a split position in both Billing and Front Desk- requires flexibility to function in both areas.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-- Providing Great Patient Focused service to every patient

--Front Desk check in/check out

--Insurance Verification

-- AR follow- up

--Patient Collections

-- Other clerical, clinical duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

-- Great Attitude with a Smile for every patient

-- Prior Medical Office Billing (OB/GYN a PLUS)

-- Experience/prior knowledge of medical terminology and excellent computer skills- Intergy experience helpful

-- Excellent communication skills with a concentration on patient-focused service

-- Complete understanding of medical insurance benefits and claims process including appeals
