Title: Media and Production Support

Job Summary: Support Worship Production needs through Sunday morning worship service leadership, streamlining processes in the tech booth, media slide building, crafting our online worship presence, and working with our volunteer Production team.

Regular Schedule: 20-25 hours per week

1. Set Time On-Campus a. Sunday Morning 7:30 am to 1 pm b. Tuesday Worship Planning Meeting 11:45 am - 1 pm

2. Flexible for the remainder of hours, to be tracked with supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities % Time Spent

1. In-Person Worship Production 50%
Provide leadership in Worship Production for both our Simple Worship and Traditional Worship Services. a. Oversee production of worship and events with working knowledge of sound, live-streaming, cameras, and media software b. Ensure that Media needs are met for ‘In the Room’ Worship c. Maintain clear and concise instructions for each station d. Build Propresenter slides for Traditional Worship e. Focus on the art of worship

2. Livestream and Online Worship 20%
Ensure our online audience has a quality experience. a. Livestream Simple and Traditional Worship b. Capture and record worship gatherings for publishing as requested c. Cut sermon clips and maintain sermon page via our website d. Streamline Pro Presenter for livestream audiences

3. Production Volunteer Coordinator 20%
Work alongside Volunteer Production Team and Staff to ensure the Tech needs of worship and church events are met. a. Presence in Worship Meeting to be the conduit between staff and Production Team b. Provide weekly communication to the Tech Team after Worship planning c. Provide weekly printouts of planning center for each Production Station

4. Other Duties As Assigned 10%
Build relationships with staff and congregation, be present and on-hand (time allowing) for large church events. a. Begin assessing long term production needs with Worship Team b. Be cognizant of possibilities of growth as areas of responsibility are streamlined

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17,500.00 per year
