We are currently seeking a Part-Time MDS Coordinator who is motivated and possesses excellent assessment skills. MDS experience in a senior care setting is required along with a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas. Familiarity with the electronic medical records is a plus. A successful candidate will have strong communication, organization skills, an understanding of MO Case Mix and the ability to work closely with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure the residents receive the best possible care.
