Company Summary:

A Dallas/Fort Worth based property management firm that owns and manages multifamily assets in TX and surrounding states. Our services include leasing and management operations, accounting and asset management. Position Summary:

The Marketing and Training Manager will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the company's brand and services.

Position Reports to: Controller and Regional Vice President's

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans and forecasts
  • Create and execute marketing strategies
  • Establish and maintain various marketing platforms, including prompt responses to potential prospects
  • Work with leasing agents at different properties to develop marketing plans to maintain high/full occupancy rates

Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing or Business studies.
  • Experience in the multifamily industry highly preferred
  • Experience with RealPage highly preferred
  • Must be technically astute and well versed in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure, establish priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Customer service oriented with a positive, proactive work ethic and approach
  • Self-motivated, flexible, career oriented, fast learner and works well in a team environment

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working outside business hours, weekends and non-traditional holidays.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to tolerate stressful situations.
  • Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision.
