We are a growing start-up franchisee located in the heart of Chicago's North side. We just opened our fourth and will soon open a fifth location. We are looking for some one to join our marketing team for the Summer to help us promote the best submarine sandwich in the world: Jersey Mike's Subs!

This is a very flexible position with part time and full time options. To take on this role we will require someone who is outgoing, a self starter, and motivated to create and engage with marketing initiatives that will drive measurable results. This is primarily an in-person, grassroots focused position, but we will delve into digital marketing and how to engage with numerous channels to promote and deliver the desired marketing outcome. The best part about this position is that it is simple to quantify results, so you will be able to see the direct results of the initiatives with which you are involved!

Some of the day-to-day will involve:

• interacting, engaging and coordinating with our existing community partners to maintain or further our engagement with them
• doing digital outreach to potential partners and drafting proposals that build excitement
• grassroots, boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face engagement with potential guests at local sporting events, festivals, gatherings, or even around the neighborhood
• analysis of existing and past initiatives to ensure the success of future endeavors

We are a very philanthropic organization, so part of what you will do will involve corresponding with local, and sometimes national, non-profit organizations to empower their organizations and promote our brand simultaneously.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
