Title: Marketing Copywriter

About the Work...
As Gale’s Marketing Copywriter, you will be responsible for the ideation, creation, testing and optimization of marketing and advertising copy that compels ‘conversions,’ as related to marketing objectives. Applications include many types of short (and long form), highly-impactful copy–including “catchy” verbiage for digital and print ad placements, magazine-style articles, press releases, web sites and web banners, trade show and events pieces, campaign headlines, email subject lines, body copy, and more.
In this role, you will…
- Write compelling and action-inspiring short-form content for print, web, advertising, and marketing materials for a myriad of marketing projects and campaigns
- Produce original content that is catchy, unique, funny, moving, in-tune, quirky, relatable, SEO friendly and optimized for conversion (get reader to react, tap a button, sign up, make a move, etc.)
- Research and write for magazine-style articles, advertorials & press releases
- Collaborate with team members on large- and small-scale marketing projects such as landing pages, ad copy, outreach campaigns, and email campaigns
- Ensure messaging is consistent and ensure all content is factually accurate, grammatically correct, and reflects Gale’s tone and intent
- Brainstorm and manage projects and juggle multiple deliverables
- Define key messages and brand voice for external communications
- Ability to write long form articles, advertorials, white sheets as needed
