Job Description Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator owns the look and feel of the customer experience both in store and online. The position duties include working with a variety of vendors to execute digital and traditional media strategies. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ongoing web maintenance and overall company presentation and promotional output. The Marketing Coordinator must exhibit actions and behaviors that promote a positive, supportive working environment at all times. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate print, distribution and assignment of all outgoing corporate communication, including business cards and internal communications.
  • Work closely with Legal Department to update Terms and Conditions and Fine Print for all marketing promotions and products, both digital and in print.
  • Provide continual web maintenance and updates to all company websites.
  • Manage all company Google My Business accounts.
  • Analyze website traffic through analytics to report on and improve customer experience.
  • Work directly with Creative Agencies on creative and internal approval of product promotions and digital media advertisement/placement.
  • Assist with developing digital marketing strategies and plans with Commercial team.
  • Coordinate all handset lineup changes for sales teams and web.
  • Distribution of all in-store collateral, signage, sales sheets, ordering Point-of-Sale materials as needed (both print and digital).
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze findings to understand customer and market opportunities.
  • Ensure all items coming out of marketing department are brand compliant.
  • Distributes customer-facing Marketing Email campaigns, ensuring all promotional content is updated, correct and informative.
  • Contributes to Commercial team with all department initiatives.
  • Assists with Events and Sponsorships as designated.
  • Provides monthly reporting of marketing initiatives.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills

Computer Software/Hardware Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Google suite, Cloud-based Marketing software, MS Excel (intermediate), MS Word (Advanced), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Tableau.

Specific Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Marketing or Business Management degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • 2 years of related experience in a similar Marketing or Product Development environment

Education Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or Communications

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 50 Pounds
  • Limited, monthly travel required.

Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Annual DOE
