PlatformQ Health produces digital health education programs to patients and providers across a range of therapeutic areas. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of outreach campaigns for multiple digital education events across a variety of therapeutic areas (some of our key therapeutic areas include diabetes, neurology, oncology, and rare diseases).

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, email marketing experience, the ability to mutli-task, and an interest in program marketing.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the implementation of various program marketing campaigns including scheduling, testing, and deploying program emails
  • Create emails based on existing templates and marketing team requests utilizing a modular email builder. Experience with HTML and CSS code is a plus
  • Own a variety of operational marketing tasks including the creation and tracking of marketing links and ref codes, and the set up of a variety of program pages
  • Package external marketing materials for key association and advocacy partners
  • Participate in automation planning and overall campaign management
  • Track and report on program performance, populate regular reports for the larger team to inform future marketing decisions

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in program marketing or a general marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Dependability, great attention to detail and deadline-orientation
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite a plus
