Our marketing team is an internal creative team for our auto group which has over 20 locations across 3 states, that provides creative services to help our store grow and win and to serve our community. We have an opening for a talented Marketing Coordinator. We’re looking for team member with a voracious appetite to learn, grow, work hard and have fun. Responsibilities include working with a dedicated Marketing team to support strategy, store client relations, marketing efforts and business analytics. You should be able to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to increase business traffic and top and lower shopper funnel performance. We are seeking someone who can contribute to the high standards and passion set and build from there.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A MARKETING COORDINATOR

  • Work with store clients, internal team and partners to determine traditional, digital, community events, sales offers and other marketing opportunities & promotions for our stores and community
  • Knowledgeable to understand and support the store client’s traditional, digital, social media needs and utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design as needed
  • Traffic store client request to the appropriate internal Marketing team member through Wrike and vendor partner
  • Assist with calendar scheduling and project timeline management
  • Review and proof campaigns from internal team and vendor partners
  • Ensure accuracy of projects on store client’s marketing channels
  • Assist Marketing team with nurturing store client relationships (answer questions, respond to emails, phone calls, strategize, prioritize, educate on process, etc.)
  • Monitor client project status through Wrike project management tool
  • Attend meetings with Marketing team, set agendas, and communicate with store clients on next steps with formal recaps
  • Client + partner (agency & vendors) communication
  • Work across departments to communicate, collaborate, proof campaigns for store clients
  • Develop communications, status reports, points of view, and reporting documents for a single key store client.

IDEAL BACKGROUND / WHO YOU ARE

  • Do you have a fundamental understanding of media processes? At least one year of experience in client, design, website, events, SEM and social is required for this role and previous experience project lead executing projects is highly desirable.
  • Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field? We prefer that, but will also consider 3+ years of highly relevant industry experience as a substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Do you not only survive, but thrive on aggressive deadlines and independent work? Are you also able to collaborate effectively with a team?
  • Are you driven by ensuring accuracy of the tiniest details?
  • Are you driven to do the right thin and able to collaborate our store clients’ needs while optimizing with the corporate goals?
  • You don't have to be an IT expert, but proficiency with MS Office, project management tools (we use Wrike), Dropbox is expected - as is highly developed organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media, HTML is also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,379.75 - $67,884.51 per year
