Tom & Jenny’s is looking for a marketing professional with one to two years of experience to join our team in Raleigh/Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have an analytical background, great creative skills, or both. In addition, successful applicants will demonstrate great attention to detail and be able to work in-person at our RTP-area offices at least two days per week. Qualified candidates should also bring expertise in email marketing, social media campaigns and a passion for running successful campaigns to drive new user growth and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Identify niche audience groups.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Test new marketing ideas and implement growth hacks.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with outside influencers and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least one to two years of experience in growth hacking, email marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
• Strong skills in running social media campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
