Manufacturing Engineering Manager

A manufacturing company in Pleasant Prairie, WI is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team. *DIRECT HIRE*

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Materials/Supply Chain
• Knowledge of PPAP, 8D Methodology, and Supplier Quality, Continuous Improvement
• Shop Floor Experience
• Die Cast
• Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project experience preferred, and B&L AS400
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager

• Accountable for managing the costing, design acquisition, and approval of economical die cast tooling and CNC tooling, other secondary operations
• Assures the ready availability of economical tooling for the production process in support of manufacturing, customers, and the overall division
• Plans, oversees, and supervises the Plant's design and development of die-cast tooling and CNC tooling in support of manufacturing needs and objectives
• Consults with other personnel within the division in the development of tooling requirements and specifications
• Maintain plant within environmental compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Meets budget projections

Schedule is 1st shift, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $125,000 - $130,000 a year, depending on experience
