GC Real Estate Partners and Advantage Property Services are leading property management and maintenance companies that operates over 70 commercial and multi housing properties primarily located in the greater St. Cloud area. We are looking for a full time maintenance employee at our Nature's Edge Apartments location in Morris.
- Appliance repair and install.
- Painting and drywall repair.
- Plumbing.
- HVAC maintenance.
- Periodic grounds upkeep.
- General repair and carpentry.
- Servicing occupied and vacant apartments.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve.
- Great customer service and comfort interacting people throughout each day.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Live within 15 minutes of Morris.
- Available for being on call for after-hours emergencies.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Effective time management.
- Strong communication skills.
