Fellowship Senior Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to service our facility and customers in Basking Ridge, NJ. While working with our HVAC Technician, the Maintenance Technician must have ability to assist in the repair of HVAC systems, including commercial refrigeration package heating and air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning compressors, line sets, air handlers, duct work, etc. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility and residential units (sheet rock, drilling, general repairs). Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and be able to support on-call hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements:
- Successful completion of Vocational/Technical School.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Maintenance/HVAC field.
- Valid Driver’s License / Clean Driving Record.
- Ability to follow written procedures and document results in an accurate and concise manner.
- Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, dispatch and management effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Ability to climb ladders and rooftops to access equipment.
- Ability to work in varying climates.
- Will be required to wear company provided uniforms and ID badge and keep a neat and groomed appearance.
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude.
